Customer Support Representative International Voice Process
Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Support Analyst to join our US Voice Process team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers across the United States, delivering exceptional service while addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to promote relevant products and services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first approach.Understand customer requirements through active listening and thoughtful questioning to provide effective solutions.Deliver accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.Resolve customer concerns and objections with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and industry developments.Consistently achieve individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and continuous service improvement.Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.Flexible to work rotational night shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements.A positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and willingness to learn.Educational Qualification
