Process: International Voice Customer Support
Shift: Rotational / International Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Freshers can apply
Experienced candidates with BPO/Customer Service experience can apply
Good verbal and written English communication
Comfortable working in rotational/international shifts
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
  Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
  Resolve customer issues within the defined process guidelines
  Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  Follow company policies, quality standards and process procedures
  Accurately document customer interactions and update records
  Meet defined productivity and quality targets
