Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer calls from international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide the right solutions.
Maintain professional communication throughout the call.
Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and follow-ups.
Update customer details and call records.
Coordinate with other teams when required.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Provide a smooth and positive customer experience.
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
