Your role
Interested in working in Group Human Resources, specifically Junior Talent and Campus Attraction, but not sure where to start Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world's top financial institutions We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Group Human Resources business.
Youll get to
gain hands-on experience across teams, building a broad skill set and a strong understanding of our business
support key projects and day-to-day activity across campus recruiting, service management, learning initiatives and talent attraction
work with diverse teams, develop professional skills and gain exposure to different parts of our organization
Your team
Youll be working in Group Human Resources located in Pune/Mumbai. We attract, engage and hire talent to support our business priorities. Our team partners closely with stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, create a positive candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand through recruiting initiatives.
Your expertise
Were looking for a candidate who:
is pursuing an MBA/PGDM and will graduate by June 2027
is comfortable working with data, reporting and analytics, with strong attention to detail and a reliable, process-oriented approach
is proactive and organized, with an interest in talent acquisition, learning, service management, marketing, branding, budgeting and Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS)
can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic (and creative) thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Were looking for someone whos curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but its important to have an interest in the financial industry. Your Program
This internship will last 6 months, where youll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. Youll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
