The role of Back Office Associate, will be responsible for:
- Conduct identity verification checks by reviewing customer-provided documents and system-generated alerts.
- Analyze patterns and potential fraud indicators to identify and flag suspicious activity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and fraud prevention best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve verification issues and enhance identity validation processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of verification cases.
- Stay updated on evolving fraud trends and security measures to continuously improve verification protocols.
Perks

- Post secondary degree is a plus
- Must have a minimum of 1 yearof experience in back office work for international client
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: Up to 23,000.00 per month
