Role Summary
Lead Aptronixs end-to-end inventory strategy, planning and supply chain operations across the retail network. The role is responsible for ensuring the right inventory is available at the right place and right time while optimizing working capital, minimizing ageing and stock losses, and driving AI-led inventory planning. The incumbent will also lead strategic relationships with Apple National Distributors (Redington and Ingram) to maximize stock availability, allocation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Own end-to-end inventory planning, replenishment, allocation and fulfilment across all stores and warehouses.
Optimize inventory deployment by maintaining ideal Weeks of Inventory (WOI) across categories, regions and stores.
Minimize ageing, EOL inventory, dead stock, write-offs and working capital.
Ensure balanced inventory across Tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 markets, eliminating overstocking and stock-outs.
Drive AI, automation and data-driven forecasting to improve planning accuracy and inventory productivity.
Lead supply chain planning and continuously improve inventory movement, replenishment and fulfilment efficiency.
Develop inventory strategies for new product launches, constrained supply situations and product lifecycle transitions.
Build and manage strategic relationships with Redington and Ingram to improve stock allocation, share of business and service levels.
Collaborate closely with Retail, Sales, Finance and Leadership to align inventory with business objectives.
Lead, mentor and build a high-performing inventory and supply chain team.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) or Engineering with an MBA preferred.
1218 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, demand planning or merchandising within large retail, consumer electronics, FMCG or omnichannel businesses.
Proven experience managing high-value, multi-location inventory and optimizing working capital.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in ERP, BI and AI-enabled planning tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership skills.
