Role Description The Inventory Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inventory Lead will oversee daily physical inventory checks, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain optimal inventory levels across assigned locations. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring inventory control procedures, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations. The role also involves preparing inventory reports, managing product movements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Inventory Lead will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing explicit communication and customer-focused support to maintain high service standards.
