Inventory & Operations Executive Company: SAMIKA Location: Bramford, near Silk Board / Bommanahalli / HSR Layout, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time, Work From Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Salary: 8,00010,000/month Experience: Fresher / 01 year Qualification: B.Com / BBA preferred About SAMIKASAMIKA is a growing silver jewellery and gifting startup building a modern Indian brand around silver jewellery, gifting and memorable experiences. As an early-stage startup, we are looking for someone who is hardworking, organised, good with numbers and willing to learn multiple aspects of the business. This is not a fixed 9-to-5 desk role where you only perform one task. You will work closely with the team and get hands-on exposure to different areas of a growing startup. We care more about your attitude, accuracy, discipline and willingness to learn than your previous experience. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock ManagementMaintain SKU-wise inventory in Excel/Google Sheets. Record daily stock inward and outward. Update sales, returns and damaged stock. Conduct regular physical stock counting. Reconcile physical stock with system stock. Track inventory movement across website and marketplaces. Identify stock mismatches and report them. Keep jewellery inventory properly organised and labelled. Maintain accurate product and SKU records. Sales & Order OperationsMaintain daily sales and order records. Track sales numbers and inventory movement. Assist with website and marketplace orders. Coordinate packing and dispatch. Track returns and exchanges. Prepare basic sales and inventory reports. Ensure order and stock data is updated accurately. General Startup ResponsibilitiesSince SAMIKA is an early-stage startup, you should be ready to work across different functions whenever required. You may also support: Product listing and cataloguing Excel and data management Packaging and dispatch Vendor coordination Procurement support Customer/order support Marketplace operations Product quality checking Basic business research Event and exhibition support Organising products and office inventory Other day-to-day startup activities The Person We WantThis role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys: Numbers.
