Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage existing and new leads, ensuring consistent communication and pipeline development.
- Explain investment products in simple and compliant language to prospective clients and drive client acquisition.
- Handle basic objections and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective investors.
- Update CRM with accurate lead information, notes, and status.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide seamless, high-quality client experience beyond the initial engagement.
- Strategically build and maintain existing investor relationships, focusing on long-term success and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and investment opportunities to provide clients with timely and relevant insights.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards in managing client portfolios.
- Support documentation, KYC, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:
- MBA or an equivalent degree in Finance, Business, Economics from a top institute.
- 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in direct sales / private wealth management.
- Preferred Industry Financial services / private banking, premium residential real estate, wealth management.
- Solid foundation in investment and financial planning concepts.
- NISM XA/XB Certification would be an added advantage.
- Proven expertise in building relationships and driving growth.
