We are looking for an Investment Analyst to support research, evaluation, and execution of investment and acquisition opportunities in India, primarily across Accounting, GST, Taxation, and Compliance sectors.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare structured business profiles covering business model, products, customers, ownership, and financials.
Analyse target companies using MCA filings, financial statements, and public data to assess strategic and financial fit.
Conduct initial discussions with founders/promoters to understand vision, growth plans, and deal expectations.
Identify product, distribution, and go-to-market synergies and post-acquisition value creation opportunities.
Identify and shortlist acquisition targets aligned with the companys strategic focus areas.
Support financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and coordinate financial, legal, tax, and regulatory diligence.
Skills Required
Excellent communication, presentation skills, XL & data analytics and detail oriented.
Sound knowledge of financial statements & ability to interpret MCA filings & data.
Strong business acumen, research-driven & documentation skills. .
