Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate global hedge funds & private market managers
  Conduct institutional-grade IDD & ODD
  Portfolio construction & risk modelling
  Performance attribution & correlation analysis
  Prepare IC memos & investment research reports
  Engage with global fund managers across geographies
  Monitor portfolios & support allocation decisions

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
• High ownership mindset & sound investment judgment

Technical Skills:

• Hedge funds / Fund of Funds / Private Credit
• Multi-asset alternatives
• Institutional diligence (IDD / ODD)
• Quantitative & financial modelling

Education:

MBA (Top-tier institute) + CFA Level II cleared / Charter holder preferred

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in alternatives / institutional investment
