Job Description
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify investment opportunities.Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions or investments.Prepare detailed financial models and valuation reports.Monitor portfolio performance and generate periodic reports for stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment strategies.Stay updated on market trends and industry developments in venture capital / private equity and public markets.Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for investment committees.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Investment Analyst should have:
A CA/CFA or MBA in Finance or a related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.2-4 years of overall experience across both public and private markets ideally. (Either 1 is mandatory).Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and presentations.Proficiency in using financial tools and software.A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
