We are looking for an experienced Family Office Accounts to handle end-to-end financial operations, investments, taxation, compliance, reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders for a family office setup. The role requires strong exposure to Indian taxation, investment monitoring, and high standards of confidentiality and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Liaison with banks, NBFCs, stock brokers, PMS/AIF managers, wealth advisors, custodians, and insurance companiesCoordinate account openings, KYC, investment execution, redemptions, and documentationTrack corporate actions, dividends, interest income, and maturity proceedsMonitor and track performance across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, bonds, real estate, and alternativesReconcile broker statements, CAS, bank accounts, and custodian reportsManage income tax filings for individuals.Ensure timely payment of advance tax, self-assessment tax, and statutory duesHandle TDS compliance including deductions, returns, and Form 16 / 16AManage GST compliance where applicableManage banking operations, fund flows, cash flow planning, and paymentsMaintain financial records, investment registers, and audit-ready documentationEnsure strict confidentiality and support governance and compliance requirements Key Skills :Family Office OperationsInvestment & Portfolio MonitoringIndian Taxation & ComplianceDTAA, FEMA (Working Knowledge)MIS & Financial ReportingStakeholder ManagementAdvanced Excel Desired Candidate Profile :Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)7-15 years of relevant experience in family office, private wealth, investment management, or senior finance rolesStrong exposure to taxation, investments, and financial reportingHigh level of discretion and attention to detail Interested candidates can share resume on : simranjeet.sohal@gmail.com .
