Role Overview
You will be an integral part of our Mergers & Acquisitions team, working directly with senior bankers on complex transactions. Your main responsibilities will include conducting financial modeling, industry research, and valuation analysis to support M&A advisory engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial modeling and valuation of companies
- Conducting industry research and due diligence
- Preparing marketing materials and presentations for clients
- Supporting deal execution
- Interacting with clients and other advisors
Qualification Required:
- MBA from a top-tier Indian institute (Preferred)
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
- Understanding of M&A processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
