Investment Banking Associate

Additionally, you will work with the industry/corporate finance team to execute transactions and position companies, as well as liaise with syndicate/sales teams to market transactions. Your responsibilities also include preparing and presenting materials like information memorandums and presentations for boards of directors, internal review committees, and solicitations.
