Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Take the lead in executing mandates with cross-functional teams and senior bankers - Collaborate with senior coverage sector and product bankers to generate new ideas for pitching to companies - Work with the industry/corporate finance team to execute transactions and liaise with syndicate/sales teams - Prepare and present materials for various stakeholders - Evaluate key trends and opportunities in specific sectors - Drive the client franchise by collaborating with sector groups and global offices - Mentor and develop Analysts/ENOs, coordinate their work on projects, and participate in training initiatives - Drive continuous process improvements in response to the changing operating and regulatory environment

Qualifications Required

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, equity, and debt capital market deal experience - Front-end execution experience across the deal life cycle - Analytical and quantitative skills including modeling and valuation - Excellent communication, articulation, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and forward planning - Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision, self-reliance, and common sense - Adaptability to high-pressure and time-sensitive environments - Result-oriented, dedicated, hardworking, with a sense of urgency and attention to quality standards - Post-Graduate or MBA degree with academic excellence and professional achievements - Ability to work in cross-functional teams across geographies and mentor junior colleagues This job in Global Markets offers a challenging opportunity to work on diverse transactions, collaborate with senior professionals, and contribute to the development of junior team members. As an Associate in the Global Markets, your role involves taking the lead in executing mandates with cross-functional teams and senior bankers. You will be responsible for tasks such as valuations, financial modeling, credit analysis, capital structure analysis, financial returns analysis, and leading transaction execution. Working closely with senior coverage sector and product bankers, you will collaborate on generating new ideas to pitch to companies. Additionally, you will work with the industry/corporate finance team to execute transactions and position companies, as well as liaise with syndicate/sales teams to market transactions. Your responsibilities also include preparing and presenting materials like information memorandums and presentations for boards of directors, internal review committees, and solicitations.
