Opportunity to work for a leading domestic fundOpportunity to work on live mandates About Our Client Our client is a newly set up domestic advisory platform focusing on technology, consumer, media, AI, manufacturing, sports and emerging industries. Job Description Lead day-to-day execution of private capital raising mandates across growth equity, minority investments, strategic capital, pre-IPO capital, secondary liquidity and selected structured transactions.Develop investor positioning, equity story, use-of-proceeds narrative, valuation framework, capital structure considerations and process strategy.Manage investor outreach materials including teasers, investment memoranda, investor presentations, Q&A packs, diligence trackers and management meeting preparation.Coordinate investor diligence, data room workflows, follow-up requests, commercial diligence inputs and transaction process updates.Support term sheet evaluation, investor feedback synthesis, valuation discussions and negotiation preparation with senior bankers. The Successful Applicant 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private capital markets, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, placement advisory, corporate finance or transactions.Demonstrated experience on private fundraising mandates, minority / growth capital raises, sponsor-led transactions, secondary processes or structured equity solutions.Strong understanding of private capital markets including investor universe mapping, fund strategy, investment committee requirements, diligence expectations and deal process management.
