Job Summary: Good Knoweldge and Experience in given skill set - Investment operations related : TLC, Corporate actions, Derivative, Collateral management, Trade settlement , Reconciliation and experience in given tools or similar to it : Clearwater, BBG, Aladdin, TLM.
Required Experience:
- Trade Processing & Corporate Actions - Security Master File recon, Trade reconciliation and posting, Liaison with broker and bank for allocations and settlements; process corporate actions as per type and instruct bank accordingly.
- Derivative Margin Call & Payments - Reconcile and process daily derivative margin calls, Monitor securities movement on the bank website and update payment instructions as per contract maturity including monitoring of settlements.
- Investment Pricing and Reporting - Reconcile and report prices for each security to portfolio managers for approval
- Private Placement, Private Equities, Tax Credits - Comprehend related documents and record the transaction in relevant system, instruct at bank and monitor funding
- NAIC Reporting & Filling
- Month/quarter end reporting for securities and derivatives (stakeholders: CIO/Investment Acc team/Asset Liability Mgt Team/Portfolio managers)
- Documentation maintenance, handle audit requests
Desired Qualification/ Skills:
- Accounting Graduate/MBA Finance with 2+ years of experience in Investment Operations and related areas
