The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities - Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable real estate opportunities. - Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and company-provided databases. - Conduct property presentations and site visits. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits. - Negotiate and close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome . - experienced candidates in sales or real estate will be preferred. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
