Role Description
DGS Capital is offering a full-time position in its Investment Operations division at their Gurugram Office. The primary responsibilities will involve aiding the Investment Management Team in all day-to-day operations including but not limited to:
Managing periodic SEBI regulatory filings, including monthly, quarterly and annual submissions.Preparing periodic investment performance reports and supporting performance data analysis.Coordinating periodic updates to investment benchmarks, security universes and related portfolio reference data.Preparing investment pitch decks and supporting materials for prospective clients.Assisting with periodic firm-level reconciliations.Coordinating with the firms custodian and broker to resolve ad-hoc trade requests, settlement issues and operational queries.
The shift for this position starts at 3 PM and is aligned with U.S. market hours.
Qualifications
Under-graduation in engineering or finance (completed within the last two years).Solid data mining and analysis skills. Any experience in dealing with a large amount of data is a plus.Ability to communicate effectively both within the team as well as the clients.A self-starter and eager to work in a team centric environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong communication and presentation skills.Progress towards CFA is a plus but not necessary.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial platforms like Morningstar, Bloomberg, MSCI Barra is a plus.
