Investor Relation Associate

Investor Engagement: Actively pitch investment ideas to institutions and HNIs, coordinate roadshows (physical/virtual), and manage the feedback loop to ensure successful capital raising Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, IPO trends, and SEBI regulations to ensure our pitches remain ahead of the curve. Conduct conference and earning calls with the investors Transform raw financial data and complex spreadsheets into executive-ready investor decks, pitch notes, and fact sheets that compel investors to act. Who We Are Looking For: You MUST have prior experience working in Investor Relation and Public Relation IRPR Minimum 6 months of exposure to IPO-related work (Drafting DRHP sections, Roadshow decks, or IPO analysis) is mandatory. Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related fields. Exclusion Criteria: Please do not apply if your only experience is in Core Banking operations or Bank Sales. We are strictly looking for Capital Markets/AMC experience.
