01Overview
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and commission IoT devices and sensors at field locations.
Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, and device-related issues.
Configure IoT gateways, controllers, sensors, and communication devices.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, IP, GSM/4G/5G, and other connectivity issues.
Perform firmware/software updates and device configuration.
Monitor device performance and ensure proper data transmission to the cloud/server.
Coordinate with the technical and software teams to resolve complex issues.
Prepare installation reports, service reports, and site visit documentation.
Provide technical support and training to customers/operators.
Maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and field service records.
Travel to customer/farm locations as required.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and networking.
Knowledge of IP addresses, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and network troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of hardware installation and electrical wiring.
Ability to use computers, mobile applications, and technical software.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel and work at field locations.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
