We have urgent job opening for IPD Billing Executive for hospital in North Delhi
Job location - North West Delhi
Qualification B pharma/D Pharma
Experience - 1 to 5 years of experience
Salary - upto 30k
Key Responsibilities
- Bill Generation & Verification: Accurately compute and prepare bills, ensuring all room charges, pharmacy, procedures, and investigation fees are correctly applied.
- Discharge Processing: Facilitate final bill settlements and ensure all necessary approvals are gathered to expedite patient discharge.
- Insurance & Panel Management: Coordinate with TPA and insurance desks to verify pre-authorizations, process cashless claims, and resolve discrepancies.
- Scheme Processing: Process bills according to approved package rates and government panels like CGHS, ECHS, or state schemes.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Communicate with nursing stations, doctors, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments to capture and rectify billable activities.
- Reconciliation & Auditing: Reconcile daily collections and maintain compliance with hospital tariffs and NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) guidelines.
