01Overview
Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, CCTV, servers, and other IT infrastructure.Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees across all branches.Install, configure, update, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, VPN, and network security.Manage user accounts, access rights, passwords, email IDs, and system permissions.Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for DMS/ERP and other business applications.Ensure regular data backup, system security, antivirus protection, and recovery procedures.Monitor IT assets and maintain proper records of hardware, software, licenses, and accessories.Identify and resolve system/network issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.Coordinate IT requirements and support for new branch setups, system installations, and upgrades.Maintain IT-related documentation, reports, AMC details, and service records.Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data-security procedures.Conduct basic IT awareness and support sessions for employees when required.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
