01Responsibilities
Setup and maintain workstation hardware and software along with infrastructure management and upgrade.
Monitoring of infrastructure about security, compliance and audit, data loss prevention, endpoint protection, etc.
Assist users with desktop support in office/remote locations.
Monitor for and respond to end user security incidents
Perform software updates, patches, and license monitoring/management
Exposure to work on Microsoft Active Directory
Experience in physical and virtual server installation, configuration and monitoring
Must know network devices such as switches and firewalls and understand network security concepts and have the ability to manage, configure and maintain them according to corporate security and administration standards.
Quick learning abilities to implement recent technologies and troubleshoot issues.
Assistance to problems with Hard
and Software
Troubleshooting of IT-related issues.
Handling of Microsoft Windows 11
Handling of Microsoft Office 2021/2024 and additional office/business software
Support the purchase of IT equipment and software including the communication of requirements and the negotiation of solutions.
Manage, configure and monitor Veeam Backup systems.
Managing and maintaining virtual servers
knowledge of Linux OS added advantage
Qualifications:
B.E. (IT) / B.C.A/M.C.A./ B.Sc. (IT) Or any degree equivalent to it.
Compensation: 500,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year
