Following is the for IT Analyst - Business Applications:
- Support and coordinate with Business teams for their Application requirements and enable business with their operations from Technology/Software needs.
- Support and coordinates installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organizations network.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved timelines and facilitating approvals and development for global and local teams.
- Ensures that standards and procedures are followed during design and implementation of IT systems and applications.
- Understanding of upcoming technology
Key Results Areas ( KRAs) & Key Deliverables:
- IT Business Analyst
- Delivering technology supported project on Time
- Analyze business requirements and covert them to IT demands and manage application lifecycle till delivery and support (Requirement gathering).
- Support the IT operations team members in driving KPI compliance
- Interact with Business stakeholders for IT service Management.
Technical / Behavioural / Managerial / Critical Skills Desired:
- Basic SQL or Oracle Queries / Application lifecycle Management .Crystal reports and Visio Workflow tools .
- Dotnet / Php/Power App/SharePoint/Power BI/ low code development skills would be added advantage.
