01Overview
The IT Analyst makes the connection between Employees, HR Management, the HRIS Team and multiple departments within the IT Team to provide coherent support to all employees accessing the Global HR Systems.
Context of the role
The Corporate IT Team is split into Five towers: Global Applications, Global ERP, Global Operations, Infrastructure and Cyber SecurityThe Corporate HR Support team reports to the Group Head of HRIS. This team are responsible for ensuring Success Factors process and data consistencyThe HR IT team is charged with delivering a stable Global HR Solution, and ensuring that the correct employee information is linked to other systemsKey Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Meets with HRIS Support Team and Group Head of HRIS to discuss Global HR System requirementsWork with internal IT to ensure Integration with other solutionsWork with the Success Factors Support Provider for projects and non-customer technical changesDocuments requirements, ensuring alignment between the business, the HRIS Support team and other IT TeamsEnsure that Success Factor Workbooks are maintained and always up to dateWork together with the IT Manager - HR Systems, agreeing priorities and planning.Organizes technical training for HRIS Support Team.Together with the HRIS Team, creates end-user documentation for solutions.Identifies and researches opportunities for improvement in existing solutions.Provides support to the HRIS Team to support the configuration of the annual performance and remuneration reviewsResolves help desk tickets escalated to the IT HR Systems team ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent a recurrence.Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Time Off and Role Based Permissions essentialTechnical Knowledge of Success Factors Talent Modules (Performance, Compensation, LMS)Strong working knowledge of Cloud Platform IntegrationKnowledge of Success Factors Iterative deployment practices.Experience of working in a Shared Service EnvironmentExcellent communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical people.Able to effectively function in a diverse, multicultural environment.Proven problem solving/analysis skills.Demonstrable customer/client focus.Able to maintain composure and multi-task, when working in stressful situations.Flexibility to travel on an ad-hoc basis.Working Relationships
