Responsible for managing IT asset inventory and lifecycle at their respective locations and follow SLA. They will be the SPOC for all asset management roles and responsibilities of their PUDO, including asset allocation, tracking, ticket closure, and performance, Responsible for generating daily asset status report of the location and updating the project manager. Make sure field engineers are successfully closing maximum tickets in a day and updating asset records accordingly. Ensuring timely and accurate asset movement, tagging, and issuance to each engineer at the location. Hands on MS- Office.
