Description:Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Set up, configure and troubleshoot issues related to laptops/desktops, network equipment, Operating systems and software applications, user ID & access management, email accounts and any other issues related to all IT equipment. Maintain system and network uptime proactively and independently. Maintain appropriate documentation and MIS reports. Align the service delivery with the process compliance requirements of the IT Departments as well as the Organisation. .
