Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Backend Executive to support backend operations and ensure seamless execution of system-driven processes. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide backed operational support for IT systems and internal processes. Maintain and update system data with a high level of accuracy and integrity Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving basic technical issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow execution Track, monitor, and report system or process discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain documentation of workflows, standard operating procedures, and updates Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiative Manage assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards Core Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ownership mindset with a responsible and proactive attitude Effective time management and multitasking ability Strong coordination and team collaboration skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Technical Skills (Preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google sheets) Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or similar) Familiarity with CRM tools or backend systems Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting Qualifications & Certifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MCA or any related discipline. Freshers with relevant internships, certifications, or project experience are encouraged to apply.
