Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst with 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis - Gathering business/system requirements, preparing Data Mapping Documents, Functional Specification Documents, Use Case documents, Reviewing Test Cases, Coordinating User Acceptance Testing Efforts, Conduct meetings with Business and IT teams etc. Should possess technical & functional analysis capabilities with solid communication and analytical skills.
As a Business Analyst:
- Should be able to research and gather business/system requirements through the facilitation of meetings with end users.
- Should be able to analyze current processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities and solutions.
- Perform data analysis using SQL Queries & SQL tools.
- Decompose abstract and complex details/concepts into business and functional requirements that can be understood by the stakeholders (i.e. end users, developers, testers, etc.)
- Bridge business and technology, define requirements for complex trading workflows, and collaborate with global development and business teams.
- Develop conceptual modeling and process workflows to illustrate current and future states
- Create detailed business and functional requirement documents
- Prepare end user documentation and facilitating end user training
- Review test cases and provide feedback/approval, coordinate testing efforts
- Conduct and lead Agile ceremonies
- Leading the end-to-end SDLC. Includes participating and directing as needed the entire project from initiation to implementation to ensure business objectives are met - this includes actively participating in technical design and architecture reviews and test case reviews, etc.
