Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware/software issues.
Maintain Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
Handle CCTV and biometric attendance machines.
Install, configure, and maintain printers and scanners.
Provide IT support for meetings, presentations, and Zoom calls.
Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and peripheral issues.
Install and maintain required software and applications.
Provide quick IT support to employees and ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain basic records of IT assets and equipment.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Windows, printers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and biometric systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Exp- 3-6 Years
