IT Help Desk Executive - Fresher

1. Provide Level 1 technical support via calls, chat, and email. 2. Troubleshoot basic system, software, and network issues. 3. Log, track, and manage support tickets efficiently. 4. Follow SOPs for issue resolution and escalation. 5. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support teams. 6. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with users. Shift Timings: 1. 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM 2. 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Rotational Shifts) Working Days: 1. Sunday fixed off. 2. Six-day working week. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support 2. Freshers: Can apply if they possess fluent English communication skills and good technical knowledge 3.
