Rquirements:
- Experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or PC Support is advantageous.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software, desktop, and hardware-reputed company issues.
- Familiarity with remote support tools such as reputed company, AnyDesk, and Remote Desktop.
- Knowledge of reputed company Directory for managing user accounts and permissions.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and IT best practices.

Your responsibilities are:
