About the Company Butterslate Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company that develops software solutions for the construction and real estate industry. Our flagship product, COAS (Construction Operations Automation System) , helps project teams manage site operations, monitor progress, track workforce activities, and improve collaboration across projects.
We are looking for an Technical Support Associate to be the face of COAS at our client's office. In this role, you'll help project teams use the platform effectively, answer their day-to-day queries, train new users, and ensure the system is updated accurately. You'll work closely with both the client and our product team to make sure COAS becomes an integral part of their daily operations.
Application Support
Help teams adopt digital workflows and best practices.
Project & Data Coordination
Verify daily project updates in the system.
Ensure progress, attendance, and project information are updated accurately.
Coordinate with project teams to maintain data quality.
Act as the primary point of contact for COAS at the client office.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and internal product teams.
B.E./B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related Engineering disciplines)
Freshers or up to 2 years of experience
Comfortable using web and mobile applications
Willingness to work from client locations and visit project sites when required
Internship or project experience in construction, real estate, or SaaS products
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Interest in construction technology and digital transformation
Not a software development role
Not an IT help desk position
