01Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for
Laboratory IT systems, including hardware, software, and network
infrastructure. Collaborate with laboratory staff and IT teams to
address technical issues, ensure system reliability, and minimize
downtime in compliance with GXP and GMP regulations. Perform
routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and
security patches, to maintain the integrity and security of
laboratory IT systems. Assist in the implementation of new IT
systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with
existing laboratory workflows and compliance requirements. Document
support activities, including incident reports, service requests,
and resolution procedures, to maintain a comprehensive record of IT
support activities and compliance efforts. Stay updated with
industry trends and best practices in Laboratory IT support,
GXP/GMP regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance the
efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of working
experience Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a
