About the roleNissan is driving a massive digital transformation and seeks an experienced IT Infra Support Engineer to join its Nissan Digital team in Trivandrum. You will be responsible for delivering highquality enduser computing services, ensuring smooth operation of Windows environments, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related infrastructure.Key responsibilitiesLead daytoday IT operations, including infrastructure services support and hardware/software asset management.Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for device provisioning.Create and maintain Windows images, oversee Azure VDI deployments, and apply ITIL best practices.Act as the escalation point for enduser computing issues such as laptop/desktop installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Administer core Microsoft technologies (DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Microsoft MCC) and Active Directory.Manage Cisco videoconferencing systems and ensure network infrastructure reliability.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deploy Microsoft applications and operatingsystem migrations.Required profile610 years of experience in enduser computing, Windows environment management, and Azure VDI.Strong technical expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Active Directory.Excellent communication skills and ability to work within IST business hours (8:00am5:00pm).Demonstrated ability to follow ITIL processes and provide high customer satisfaction.Required skillsWindows operating system administrationAzure Virtual Desktop (VDI)Microsoft Intune and AutopilotWindows image deployment and managementITIL frameworkMicrosoft SCCM and Microsoft MCCDNS, DHCP, Active DirectoryCisco videoconferencing administrationNetworking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs)Windows Server 2016/2019Linux/Ubuntu server basicsServiceNow ITSM & ITOMAzure Administrator Associate (certification desirable)Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (certification desirable) .
