Job Tittle: IT Inventory Management Executive Job Location: Noida (Sector - 127) Job Type: Full- Time/Permanent Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Asset Associate with 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory records, coordinating asset allocation and recovery, maintaining compliance, and supporting procurement and audit activities. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, receiving, tagging, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal. Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets in the asset management system. Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of IT stock. Coordinate asset allocation and recovery for employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Perform periodic physical asset verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Generate and maintain asset reports, including inventory status, utilization, and audit reports. Ensure compliance with company asset management policies and software licensing requirements. Maintain records of warranties, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and service agreements. Support internal and external audits by providing required asset documentation and reports. Collaborate with IT Service Desk, Procurement, HR, and Finance teams for seamless asset management operations. Monitor asset movement across locations and maintain proper documentation. Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes and operational efficiency. Required Skills Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes. Willing to travel across India as required, including working overtime and providing weekend support when necessary. Experience with asset management tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine AssetExplorer, SCCM, or similar platforms (preferred). Good understanding of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices. Knowledge of software licensing and compliance. Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting) Mandatory. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). Tools & Technologies Asset Management Software Active Directory (User Enrolment) Microsoft Office (V-LOOKUP - Must to have) Preferred Experience Managing IT assets for 1,0001,500+ users. Coordinating onboarding and offboarding asset activities. Handling asset audits and compliance. Managing hardware inventory across multiple office locations.
