IT Inventory - Intern/Fresher

The Inventory Intern/Executive will support the procurement and inventory management of IT and data center equipment such as servers, networking devices, storage systems, racks, and related hardware. The role involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting purchase processes, and ensuring smooth material availability for data center operations. The candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to manage procurement activities, vendor documentation, and asset tracking while ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Assist in procurement of IT inventory including servers, networking devices, storage, racks, cables, and peripherals.Maintain accurate inventory records, asset tagging, stock movement, and reconciliationCoordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoicingSupport vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checksTrack warranty, AMC, and renewal schedules for IT assets Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to understand requirements and timelinesSupport basic cost comparisons, negotiations, and vendor evaluationsMaintain procurement trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel or ERP toolsEnsure adherence to internal procurement processes and audit requirementsKey
