We are looking for an IT Product Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our software and IT products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, understand customer requirements, and be able to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and physical visits.
Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate IT products to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Coordinate with technical and support teams for customer requirements.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Guide and support junior sales team members when required.
Requirements
35 years of experience in IT product, software, SaaS, or B2B sales.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Good understanding of software and IT solutions.
Comfortable with product demonstrations and client meetings.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling software products, mobile applications, web solutions, or other IT products will be an advantage.
