Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals to meet the evolving needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various technology roles and possess strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.

Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, referrals, etc.).

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on trends in IT hiring and talent acquisition best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience recruiting for software developers, system engineers, DevOps, or cybersecurity roles.

Technical background or IT certifications are an advantage.

Experience working in an agency or internal corporate recruiting environment.
