IT Recruiter - Work from Home (WFH)

Source IT candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate records and recruitment systems Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives. Mandatory

good telephone manner with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with candidates. good email etiquette and professional written communication skills. good English communication skills (written and spoken). Own Laptop/PC with faster internet connection Must be able to join in 2 weeks Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently from home. Strong organisational and time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous IT recruitment experience will be an added advantage. Work Schedule: Full-Time Work From Home. Remuneration: Experienced candidates INR 25,000 Per Month Freshers INR 15,000 Per Month Performance Incentives: INR 5,000 for every successful placement where you are involved in both candidate sourcing and placement closure. INR 2,500 for every successful placement (closure). INR 2,500 for every candidate sourced by you that results in a successful placement.
