01Overview
- We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Intern Recruiters to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting internal hiring requirements.
- You will gain valuable experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates while developing an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in the Australian IT services and consulting market.
- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess skills and fit.
- Maintain candidate data in database.
- Assist in building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles.
- Support recruitment team with ad-hoc tasks such as market mapping and reporting.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Curiosity to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn or job boards will be an advantage.
- Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate students (any discipline).
- Freshers with an interest in Recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Prior exposure to recruitment (via internship or projects) will be preferred but is not mandatory.
