01Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure Security across networks, servers, endpoints, identity & access management, and data centers.
- Drive Cloud Security initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring secure cloud adoption and governance.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve security frameworks, policies, standards, and controls.
- Lead enterprise-wide security transformation, implementation, and modernization programs.
- Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, and Security Monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, and other applicable frameworks.
- Build and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams while mentoring future security leaders.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Own business planning, budgeting, P&L management, resource allocation, and financial performance of the security function.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into enterprise architecture, application development, and cloud transformation programs.
- Present security roadmaps, risk assessments, and governance updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure Security.
- Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Security and Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
- Hands-on experience leading enterprise security implementation and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, IAM, Zero Trust Architecture, SIEM, SOC operations, EDR/XDR, DLP, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise security policies, governance models, and risk management frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, business growth, and strategic planning.
- Experience leading large, geographically distributed security teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive security innovation while enabling business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience working with global clients and enterprise-scale environments is highly desirable.
