We are looking for: S4/HANA Finance Consultant - Organizational Restructuring Specialist
Youll make an impact by:
Support organizational restructuring initiatives including segment reorganizations, profit center changes, and company code consolidations within S4/HANA FinanceAnalyze financial and operational impact of organizational changes on master data, transactions, and reporting structuresCollaborate with the ReOrg team to translate business restructuring requirements into S4/HANA configuration and data migration strategiesLeverage understanding of logistics (MM) and sales (SD) processes to assess end-to-end impact across the value chainManage master data changes related to organizational restructuring (cost centers, profit centers, company codes, business areas)Ensure financial reporting continuity during and after organizational transitionsSupport data migration, cleansing, and validation activities for organizational changesDevelop testing strategies and provide training to business users
Youre excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
5+ years SAP Finance experience with minimum 2 years in S4/HANA FinanceStrong knowledge of S4/HANA Finance (FICO, Controlling) with focus on organizational structuresDeep understanding of organizational elements: company codes, segments, profit centers, cost centers, and their interdependenciesSolid understanding of logistics (MM) and sales (SD) processes and their financial integrationProven experience supporting organizational restructuring or segment reorganizations in SAPKnowledge of master data management and data migration strategiesStrong analytical and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
