01Overview
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
Design, update, and maintain the company website.
Develop and modify web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend technologies.
Monitor website performance, uptime, and security.
Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect systems, networks, and company data.
Configure user accounts, email systems, antivirus software, and data backups.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and website-related issues.
Support ERP, Tally, biometric attendance systems, and other business applications.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with internet service providers and technology vendors.
Provide technical support to all departments.
Required Skills
Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting
CCTV Installation & Maintenance
Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi)
Cyber Security fundamentals (Firewall, Antivirus, Endpoint Security, Data Backup)
Website Design & Maintenance
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Basic knowledge of PHP/Python or other programming languages
Basic SQL and database concepts
Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Qualification
B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) Mandatory
Only B.Tech (CSE) candidates are eligible to apply.
Experience
02 Years (Freshers with relevant technical skills are welcome.)
Compensation: 10,196.94 - 30,000.00 per month
