01Overview
To perform standard Service Desk Level 1 tasks such as troubleshooting common PC, printer, and application issues, IT systems monitoring, taking calls and opening tickets & monitor emailed tickets, attempt first call resolution.
Required Candidate's Profile:
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
- Front-line interaction experience with US customers is a plus
- Ability to work as part of the customer support and implementation team
- Willingness to work on night shift, weekend, and holiday coverage
Qualification:
BCA/BBA/MCA/MBA(IT Specialization)/MBA having bachelor's in computer science

2-Online English Test
3-Interview (Client-Side and HR)
