As a Software Support Analyst I at Onit, your role will involve providing world-class technical support via phone, email, and online channels to clients utilizing Onit's suite of products. You will have the opportunity to solve problems, offer technical assistance, and ensure client satisfaction with our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing front-line and ongoing technical support for Onit's products and solutions
- Offering feedback and suggestions on product features, performance, alternative solutions, and market trends
- Taking ownership of projects from idea to completion
- Assisting delivery and implementation services as needed
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 1-2 years of related technical support or software implementation experience (SaaS software preferred)
- General understanding of programming fundamentals
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across several projects simultaneously
- Previous experience working on integrations or Business Process automation/management tools is a plus
