01Responsibilities
Consulting customers in all IT-system-related technical matters
Providing 1st-level support via telephone, email, and remote access
Installing and configuring IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, storage systems)
Monitoring and maintaining running IT systems
Supporting network infrastructure and connectivity
Virtualizing IT systems (servers and workstations)
Managing backup and recovery of data and systems
Analyzing and solving technical problems, managing service operations
Collecting and maintaining service-related data
Preparing, coordinating, or executing service operations
Commissioning systems and training customers
Communicating with sub-suppliers and international representatives
Contributing to development of service products and spare parts replacements
Configuring and testing spare parts; supporting processing
Creating internal service documentation and customer documentation
Collaborating in IT systems architecture and design
Technical Competencies:
Installation and configuration of Windows/Linux servers and storage systems
Basic to intermediate knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Network infrastructure support TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Backup and recovery tools
Remote support tools and 1st-level ticket handling
System monitoring and service operation tracking
Documentation preparation for internal and external use
