01Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Desktop, Laptop, and Network Hardware/Software issues and Application-level calls.
Provide comprehensive support on Networking, SCCM, Active Directory, File Sharing, and related IT
systems.
Handle troubleshooting on various Windows Operating Systems and commonly used business
applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Support and maintain Network Switches, Access Points, and Passive Network Infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and maintain LaserJet Printers, Projectors, Motorized Screens, and Video
Conferencing setups.
Take ownership of incidents and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with vendors and internal Microlink back-office teams for timely issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Be flexible to work on Sundays / Public Holidays and extend working hours on weekdays if required.
Be ready to relocate anywhere in Gujarat or outside Gujarat as per project needs.
Skills Required:
Strong troubleshooting skills across Desktop, Laptop, and Network support.
Deep understanding of Networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, File Sharing.
Knowledge of ITIL framework (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and in plant environments.
Two-wheeler mandatory for on-site support.
