Total Experience Required: 814 years of overall relevant experience (exact level determined based on candidate profile).
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI experience is mandatory; candidates with 810+ years of BFSI experience will be considered for the more senior band of this role.
Location: Open candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Role Overview We are looking for a candidate with a strong Portfolio Services background to support Transformation Leadership and the Group Transformation Office in shaping new ways of working and processes to optimise IWPB portfolios. Key Responsibilities Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks (NFR) impact assessment and management to support change delivery across the IWPB Portfolio Develop an IWPB-specific approach and guidance for Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with the Group Data Office and IWPB Data Control teams Drive active risk management practice across the IWPB portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout the delivery lifecycle Work with IWPB Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR, including Data Control, across Tier-1 portfolios, and evaluate monitoring results for future improvement Expand engagement with the IWPB Business Risk & Resilience team to support the Operational Resilience agenda Please note: Non-Financial Risk (NFR) experience is MANDATORY for this role .
